Frequently Asked Questions
What's the Admin Fee for? Well, because some of the quoted pricing can vary depending on how many video tapes are being converted, how many hours of footage is to be converted and what format conversion is to be made into, ie: DVD, USB, HDD, various options of materials have to be sourced. This takes time and travel. Sorry if this is confusing but rather than simply building it into the pricing which wouldn't be fair as, as said before, pricing varies, where applicable, it is included in the final costing.
Why is your address not advertised? 'Go Inc' is a work-from-home, part-time Whangaparaoa based business. There is no manned shop. Serious about getting conversions done? Get in touch with Tanya and contact arrangements will be made.
When you copy my VHS tape, will that wipe the original video? No! We copy it over to digital format in real time, onto an external harddrive without erasing the original footage.
Can you convert my 180 minute video tape to DVD? Yes! We simply split it between two discs.
How much does it cost? Well, that really depends on many factors, ie: number of photos / are they already in digital format or must they still be scanned; how much video footage there is, etc etc - For a basic breakdown of pricing, have a look on our PRICING page and if you have a different request, we can make up a package to suit your needs!
How do I get my photo's / video to you? If you're on the Hibiscus Coast area, in Auckland - New Zealand, I'll come to you! Anywhere else, we'll have to rely on postage and e-mail for now. How long will it take for me to get my DVD / CD ? Again, this depends on what you need done, but generally a three day turnaround time from when we receive your precious photos / videos to when we send them back to you again. After that, if returned to you via the post - we rely on the postage service.
How do I know where to send my photos / video to? Once we've been in touch with each other via e-mail or phone, we will make arrangements for us to either collect from you, if you're on the Hibiscus Coast area, in Auckland - New Zealand, or to provide you our mailing details.

You just tell us what it is and if we don't have it on our files, we'll either get our hands on it, or if you're meeting with us face to face and you have it on CD, we'll copy your favourite song from your favourite CD. Yes, you can do that because it is your own CD and the DVD is for your own personal use.
